Coast Village Road Reopens in Montecito

Coast Village Road reopened after the Thomas Fire, Flood, and Mudslides on January 24, 2018. On January 22nd, one day ahead of schedule Highway 101 was reopened. Amazingly less than 2 weeks after the devastating mudslides. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those directly affected by these events. The loss of lives and properties is overwhelming. Not enough can be said to thank the Firefighters, Police, and First Responders that saved our community. We will prevail.

Although Von’s Supermarket and Pharmacy in Montecito, and other businesses have opened on Coast Village Road, the restaurants and coffee shops will not open until the “boil water” alert has been lifted.
