However single-family homes sold decreased from 235 in 2015 to 215 in 2016.
In Montecito, the average sales price decreased by 24% from $3,800,000 in 2015 to $2.9 in 2016.
Total single-family homes sold in Goleta decreased 31% from 195 in 2015 to 134 in 2016.
