The average selling price for a single-family home in Santa Barbara rose to 1.3 million dollars, a 6% increase compared to last year’s second quarter.
In Montecito, the number of single-family homes sold increased by 20% from 55 homes sold in the second quarter last year to 66 homes sold in the second quarter this year.
