In 2020 the real estate market here in Santa Barbaras took off in June and so far hasn’t looked back.

Here are the year by year and monthly numbers for homes sold here in southern Santa Barbara.

Santa Barbara Real Estate Home Sales for December 2020

The highest-priced sale for a single-family detached home was $32,250,000 for 2845 Sycamore Canyon Drive.  The lowest-priced home sale was 4527 Carpinteria Avenue for $669,000. 

The highest price for a townhome/condo was $3,125,000 for 10 Seaview Drive. The lowest price sale was 49 Dearborn Place #16 for 470,000.
