May 11, 2017:  On Good Morning America Barbara Corcoran reported on the lawsuit filed against Zillow.com based on their “Zestimates” feature  (an algorithm that calculates your property’s value).

Real Estate agents have known for a long time how inaccurate Zestimates can be. Now the public is learning not only how inaccurate they are, but they can be problematic when you go to sell your home.

Barbara Corcoran, a renown real estate agent from New York City and personality on the television show Shark Tank shares her insights on the lawsuit, and Zillow.com.

Barbara concluded that if you really want an accurate valuation for a property to consult with a real estate agent.
