The Verge.com reports: Zillow doesn’t even own the photos it threatened to sue popular blogger over!
Zillow is the bane of real estate professionals, with its often inaccurate Zestimates and other issues such as feeding on the data real estate professionals create without any compensation. Appears to now be bullying a blogger over photos she’s used that Zillow, according to Verge.com, does not own the rights to. Interesting? Also, Zillow takes the data real estate professionals create and then tries to sell them back leads generated by the data. Crazy. And, although Zillow has claimed it would not get into competition with Realtors they’ve recently come up with “Instant Offers” on their site that does just that. Crazier?
